You need to open an account with that bank. Notify them, or go online, and open an account, Call Customer Service 1-800#.
I only know from the USAA end: online, go to my account tools> transfer> add account. This will allow back and forth communication from each account. The set up process can take up to a few days and transfers are not immediate.
