Yes I believe I have been scamed by a terroris cell, using thier scams to finance thier terrorist acts. They have set up this bogus Bank name Apex trust Bank, located at apex_trust_bank@yahoo.co.uk. they get you to put personal bank infor, then tell you , you have to send 3000 pounds vie western union to a Jennifer Smart, send you bogus documents from Nigeria gorvernment with your name on it, and so called documents from the Central Bank of Nigeria with your name on them too, saying you will receive $20,000,000.00 for bogus contracts,. But the only person getting money is Jennifer Smart from western union.

And sanded off the label on top.
The recycle code on it is 5, that is polypropylene.
The internet gives things made out of this plastic to help you paint, but not really how to paint the plastic itself.
