I am going to my training day for my new job tomorrow, and I am supposed to bring my bank info to fill out a direct deposit form. I’m nervous that I won’t know how to fill out some parts of it, and sounding dumb if I have to ask my employer for help..

Do I need to bring a cheque to write VOID across it? Cus I don’t have or use cheques..

I’ve had a job for a while, but up until now I was getting actual paychecks from my boss. I just got direct deposit setup, which will probably take effect on the next pay day. Up until now I’ve been able to see how much money they take out of my paycheck for taxes, because it says it right there on the check. How do you know how much tax they take if you have direct deposit? Does it send you an email or something? How does it work?

I am currently receiving my va benefits through direct deposit. I would like to start receiving a paper check through the mail.
