I am interested in learning about the process of buying a foreclosure property. Where can I find them? Is the process the same as buying your typical residential home?

With the bank bailout plan on the way and the stimulus plan, what are your predictions of Bank of America shares? Serious answers only please. Thanks in advance for all who answer.

I sold my home in NH in a short sale. To buy the home originally we did an 80% and a 15% loan. So we started with a standard loan and a home equity loan. I heard recently that new laws state that in a short sale if the home equity loan was used to purchase the house then it is not recoverable by the bank after a short sale. Is this true? Right now the bank is coming after us for that amount.

I am about to get a good settlement and want to invest in this foreclosure homes. I heard u can go and buy some at ur local banks, but can i sell it the same month to a investor for double the amount? Some investors don’t even look at the house, they just give a price based on the year and how much it may be in the market.

Bank of America keeps calling my house for some one that does not live here. They give me the run around when I ask for their fax number to send a cease and dissist. Does anyone by chance know it allready so I can stop this nonsense.
