What are the factors behind economic growth in Hong Kong and Singapore. Which of these methods of encouraging growth would you suggest to a newly industrialized economy?

The bank has accepted the offer and they said Dec 31st as closing then changed it Jan 23rd and now Feb 15th. So, Just wondering if this will go in to another month?

I’m a creditor whose debt is secured by a real mortgage. I’ve received recently a notice that the debtor has filed for bankruptcy under chapter 7 of the US Bankruptcy code. What will happen to both my loan and my mortgage? Will I be enjoined from foreclosing the mortgage? The insolvent debtor by the way is an individual, not a corporation. Please prvide legal basis.

In Georgia (United States) is it illegal (equal housing or other requirements) to require a prospective tenant have a checking account in good standing?
If I have a tenant / lease agreement in place for another 6 months and I am going to lose the home, can I evict them in lieu of the foreclosure? I want to “Short Sale” the home to control the damage but the tenants are not cooperating with showings.
