Can you use your paypal account without a bank account on it?
I just created a paypal, a little behind the game but I haven’t put my bank account on it or anything yet. Can I still receive payments to my account even though I don’t have my bank account on it yet?
Yes but you need to buy a paypal card and put that on the account.
Are you 18 yet? If not, wait.
As far as receiving payments, paypal expects you to prove you are who you say you are and that you are over 18 by linking in a bank account and/or a real credit card. (Real does NOT include prepaid cards.) They won’t want to release any money until then.
If you plan to sell on eBay (also requires you to be 18), there is a 21-day hold before they release the money. This is to ensure buyers get their items and are happy.
