Lately IE is not allowing things to happen on my computer. It opens and closes pages (recovers last tab) without warning. I can’t even download or update Adobe Flash, check my bank’s web page, check my e-mail, you name it. I’ve ran a scan on everything and no bugs. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
