I have a BPI savings account and I want to use it to buy things online using my bank account.. Is that allowed? I’m from the Philippines.

I have some pay cheques from work but I don’t have a bank account. What’s the best way to cash them? I’ve asked loads of places and no one will let me sign the cheques over to someone else. It’s for $500 so I don’t think it’ll be ok if it goes through the ATM in someone else’s account. Can anyone suggest something? Thanks!

I am frustated as I go online from(south shore Massachusetts).
When I do find a site I fill out there form and it sends me to another and so on and so on.. I have been at this for days and am getting NOWHERE!!! I have no credit and saved my money to buy everything I own ,Truck, High def T.V. P.C., Playstation 80 meg,surround sound Ect…Everything!! I can,t get a loan as I have never had credit and have no living relatives to help me anitialize credit. So I never bothered and saved every penny in an old pickle jar!! Now,I have internet access and want to shop online sooooooo bad but just can,t get a credit card of even 100.00 limit!!! EVERY application I have filled out online just makes my mailbox fill with more OFFERS that when I fill out, generate more trash in my mailbox! I concider them trash as I don,t have credit and get turned down EVERY time..I have kept my credit report clean and there is nothing on it.. Why cant I find SOMEONE to loan me money, I have tons of assets?!! My t

I once belonged to a credit union when I worked at a company that had one and I liked them. I no longer work for that company or live in the same city. But lately I am really frustrated with my bank.. mainly because they keep messing up my electronic bill payment times.

I’ve read that credit unions charge fees less often and when they do, the amounts are usually less. When I had a checking acct at the credit union that was all I had – no online bill pay so I can’t compare. I am a student so I don’t need fancy stuff – traveler’s checks, safe deposit boxes. Just free checking, no min balance, cheap/no fee ATM’s

* Do you have to be part of a particular group to join – like employee/student, etc? Or are they open to the public?
* Do they have the same services as banks – online bill pay, ATM/VISA card?
* In general, any opinions or advice?
