My Bank account was frozen because of a past debt. How would I open a new account at another Bank . Will the frozen account show up ? I would feel a little better going to a Bank knowing what to expect . Thank you !

This week was the first time i went ONLINE to claim my CONTINUED weekly Benefits.

I claim on Monday; when i went by Phone, it gets there Wednesday, Direct Deposit (I claim before 8AM.)

This week was the FIRST TIME i Claimed Online; it said “Next Business Day” it also said “Check Mailed.”

Im set up for Direct Deposit.. so will it act the same as if i had called the # (973) 328-6490?

Also, unrelated: What happens when i exhaust my Claim Remaining Balance? Will the new Laws give me more money?

I am filing a 1040 EZ form for taxes this year. There is only a spot on it to enter direct deposit information. How do I just get my refund in a check form?

I cared for my mother for most of three years before she died of Lewy Body Dementia, after five years of partial care. My dad got cancer while my mother’s dementia increased, and I took care of him too until he died three years later. I quit a graduate nursing program to care for my parents, and am still paying $$$ back. I heard of people pleading for loan help online years ago, but with the financial crisis now, I wonder if such a thing still can happen — people helping people that helped people.
