What is the best option for getting a cheap auto loan?

I’m filling out a rental application and it asks for my checking and savings account info., including the balance. Can a person checking your credit actually get access to the information about your checking and savings account? I thought they could only see your credit cards.

I am just wondering what are some websites to actual payday loan places not third party searchers for lenders. Preferably some reasonably easy ones. I am trying to help a friend of mine get some money because he wants to get his life on track and get a job but his car is broken down and there isnt any business in walking distance or any public transportation because he lives in such a small town. Or if anyone knows an organization who can help someone in that situation. Thanks!

I currently live in the states but am planning on moving to the UK within the coming year. I work for a bank here and love what I do. But I don’t know how the banking system works over there, what banks are prominent over there or if they credit unions or something similar to credit unions? Ultimately, how do I get a job with a good bank in Birmingham UK, from the states?
