if somebody steal ur netbanking username and password and transfer ur money to his account. what can be done?? can u claim ur money back??? if yes, where???

I want to know how can i safely sell my product over the internet using net banking.is there any other site like paypal through which my buyer can pay me and suppose if he doesnt get the shippment on time, the payment stands cancelled.
I want to build trust b/w the buyer and seller.

i dont want to change it, and i have no way to get to the bank and i need to know my pin number and i want to know if i can get it online on the website? i have an account and everything.

Which one is more secure? Or is it pretty much the same thing? Thanks!
